Join me this coming year as the plants and I guide you through a deep understanding of the power, medicine, and beauty of plants. With us and your senses as guides, you will move through these four seasons and into the next year with a new view of the world.
This is a deeper dive into the plant world than most of my classes you may have taken previously. Each gathering will be different, last about one to three hours, and there will be lots of work on your own and time to explore in-between gatherings. Some gatherings may be shorter, online and some longer, in person - this will remain flexible per group needs.
Following are several concepts we’ll focus on:
- Anatomy and physiology of plants, their chemical constituents, and actions on the body.
- A dip into the doctrine of signatures to develop your relationship with plants.
- Using all five senses to know plants.
- Making various remedies.
- One on one chats as needed.
- The nitty gritty of actually having herbs in your house and in your life daily.
- Working with herbs throughout each season.
- A final ceremony, embodying the wisdom of the plants - honoring transitions and celebrating your new relationships.
