    Join me for a zoom talk about what many people don’t talk about enough - the female cycles. This conversation is focused on menopause but I don’t want to discourage anyone who isn’t there yet to be discouraged - your cycles are an important part of the conversation too. Give yourself one hour in your busy week to come into a red tent of sorts - safe and welcoming.

    I really wish I’d been exposed to these conversations in my twenties and thirties more! So, I’m offering this now to all women and men who want to understand this process more, delve in a little deeper, and connect with others who are trying to navigate all things woman!
